Funding Needs

  • Revitalization work may require additional sources of operating funds for programs that are unlikely to directly generate earned income, such as neighborhood planning and community building work.
  • At the same time, such programming may help to set the stage for further programming, some of which may be income generating (e.g.. development projects). The process of engaging in revitalization work may also help to build new relationships with additional funding partners.
  • See the funding section for ideas on funding stabilization work.
