This three-part training session teaches planners how to use the geographic planning tool Google Earth 5. Community planners can use this tool for a variety of projects including tours, stakeholder input and land use history. Users can map transit infrastructure or utilities as well as proposed buildings and projects. The training will teach how to load images onto Google Earth and manipulate them, add roads, find places, add buildings, take pictures, save a location and more. The course costs $49.95. Read more
