This webinar will review two new tools by LISC that will help practitioners improve their property management and implementation of NSP. The Property Evaluation Tool uses mapping along with questions to collect information on the condition of the property, real estate records and demographics. The Mobile Property Evaluation Device (MoPED) can be used with an iPhone or Android to do property condition surveys and attach the surveys to the GPS coordinates.
