This five-day seminar, taking place in Sacramento, California and Tampa, Florida, will provide NSP grantees with the tools they need to develop affordable housing as well as deal with abandonment issues in distressed communities. Participates will learn the steps related to housing development, techniques for structuring financing for homeownership or rental housing and methods for making these deals happen.
