This online session will cover the budget outlook for states including the impact of budget shortfalls and budget trends in particular states. Different strategies for dealing with shortfalls will be discussed by speakers including Phil Oliff from the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, Steven Silver from the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, and Robin Snyderman from the Metropolitan Planning Council.
