Community Impact of Chattanooga 2008 Program Year Final Report

This annual report and related materials from Community Impact of Chattanooga provide an excellent example of a neighborhood revitalization approach that includes a detailed theory of change, specific outcomes and indicators, strategies, and analysis of progress and implications for strategic direction.  Community Impact has achieved real market change and other revitalization outcomes in three neighborhoods and is currently working in four others.
