CONNECT: Connecting Residents to Resources

This paper describes Chelsea Neighborhood Developers' CONNECT initiative, whose mission is to integrate resources to address educational and employment needs, while nurturing social networks to provide the glue and sustenance for each individual's and family's journey toward economic security.
