Maine Condo Project Hearkens to 1960s

This story highlights revitalization work in Westbrook, Maine, that involves the conversion of an abandoned warehouse into a work/live residence where the bottom floor will be commercial and garage space and the top floors will be residences. NSP funds were used to purchase the building for this commercial and residential project that will revitalize the downtown area.
