"My Neighborhood Rocks" Winning Video

To commemorate Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise (CNE) and the Association of Visual Arts (AVA) 25 years of service to the community, they partnered on a neighborhood video contest called "My Neighborhood Rocks". The winning neighborhood association received a $5000 grand prize.
