Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida Builds Strong Community Relations, Measures Success

Implementing strategies to measure program success are critical for nonprofit organizations, and involving residents in this process is just as important. Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida is doing just that as part of the Community Stabilization Pilot Program through Success Measures. As part of this pilot, over 40 volunteers surveyed 800 homes in the Brownsville neighborhood and collected data that will help residents create the changes they want and need in their community while strengthening the neighborhood’s identity.
