Neighborhoods Inc Launches "Please Have a Seat!"

The goal of Neighborhoods Inc.'s Please Have a Seat! program is to create and promote neighborhood networks by encouraging community cohesiveness and reversing the trend of East Chicago residents abandoning public spaces.  The project creates a "micro-park" or small gathering place in homeowners' front yards.  This package includes a press release, photos, funding source and concept paper.
