CHRIC Houses Ready “For Sale”

Through acquisition and rehabilitation, the Chautauqua Home Rehabilitation and Improvement Corporation (CHRIC) is supporting the Livable Community revitalization program in the city of Jamestown, NY. CHRIC is working to renovate vacant homes in various neighborhoods and generally spends about $100,000 on the repairs to make them safer and more efficient. Eligible buyers must complete the nine-hour homebuyer education class. These stabilization efforts will help individual families as well as the surrounding neighborhood.
