Newly Launched Case Management Platform to Resolve Code Violations
A newly formed company called Compliance Connections — a partnership between Safeguard Properties and Brandon Kirkham — will help address issues of code violations by connecting involved parties. The company provides a web-based portal that connects servicers with municipalities with the goal of correcting code enforcement issues in a fast and effective manner. It is essentially a workflow management system that will track violations and involved parties to manage necessary tasks.
