Quincy's Neighborhood Stabilization Program

A facelift is coming to a large section of Quincy, Ohio over the next two years thanks to some state and federal money.  Combined, the city received $2.1 million dollars that will allow them to rehabilitate 22 homes.  This project will help create jobs, stop foreclosures and stop blight around the city of Quincy.
