NJ lawmakers approve mortgage foreclosure aid

The New Jersey State Senate and Assembly have passed the Mortgage Stabilization and Relief Act.  The program will provide loans to first-time homeowners in danger of foreclosure.  This will give them time to refinance their mortgages or remain in their homes as tenants while regrouping financially.
