Measure Progress
The last step in developing a place-based plan for stabilization is to measure progress on outcomes and refine your strategy.
- Select "indicators" that measure the degree to which a selected outcome has been achieved.
- Establish a "baseline" of community conditions against which to measure progress
- Monitor progress during implementation to inform your strategic direction.
