AM225 Affordable Housing Finance Workshop for Asset Managers

This interactive workshop equips you with the skills to develop a complete financing plan for a new construction affordable housing project. You’ll learn to build a proforma, estimate operating budgets, and determine debt capacity using Excel. The course guides you through researching HUD income and rent limits, solving for amortization and present value functions, and calculating tax credit yields. By the end, you’ll be able to coordinate or contribute to a financing plan with confidence and accuracy.
