This course equips board members and nonprofit executives with the knowledge and tools to enhance board effectiveness. Participants will explore board responsibilities, governance structures, financial oversight, and CEO-board collaboration. Topics include strategic planning, board development, fundraising, legal and ethical oversight, and inclusive leadership.
