ML246 Leadership in All Directions: The Unique Role of a Senior Manager

Senior managers and C-suite leaders must master the art of 360-degree management—leading up to executives, across to peers, down to direct reports, and outward to stakeholders. This advanced course explores the unique challenges and responsibilities of senior leadership, using case studies and real-life experiences to illustrate key principles. Participants will analyze organizational structures, compare C-suite roles, and practice communication tools for managing in all directions. Through self-reflection and action planning, you’ll identify areas for growth and set measurable goals to enhance your leadership effectiveness, collaboration, and organizational impact as a senior manager.
