ML276 Developing a Donor Communications Plan

In this course you’ll step back from daily tasks and focus on the best ways to connect and communicate with individual donors and prospects. Identify your donors, set goals, and choose strategies to guide your communications. Generate ideas for activities, learn to measure progress, and develop a workplan to manage it all. You’ll walk away with a communications plan that strengthens relationships and supports your fundraising success.
