You’ll learn how to assess neighborhood conditions, engage stakeholders, and develop SMART objectives that align with community goals. Through interactive exercises, you’ll practice creating vision statements, identifying priorities, and drafting action steps. You’ll also explore how to apply a Comprehensive Community Development (CCD) framework into your planning.
