Sean Chisolm
Sean Chisolm is the Vice President of Talent Management at NeighborWorks America, where he leads talent management efforts that support how we attract, develop, and retain the people who advance our mission. His work focuses on strengthening the systems and practices that enable staff to do meaningful, community-centered work, spanning talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, and onboarding.
Sean’s career path has been dynamic and nontraditional, shaped by roles across nonprofit, private-sector, and consulting environments. Throughout that journey, his focus has remained consistent: building inclusive, thoughtful people practices that connect individuals to purpose and help organizations operate effectively from the inside out. He brings a human-centered perspective to talent strategy, balancing day-to-day execution with long-term organizational needs.
What fuels Sean’s work is contributing to a culture where learning feels accessible, belonging is genuine, and people feel supported to grow and lead in service of our mission. He believes that when we invest in our people with intention and care, we strengthen internal capacity and expand our collective ability to serve communities with impact.
