CP101 Housing Rehabilitation Design and Construction Basics

This entry-level course provides a comprehensive introduction to affordable housing design and construction basics. You will explore key construction terminology, blueprint reading, and the criteria for good housing design. The course covers site planning, foundations, framing, roofing, windows, doors, cladding, and climate control.
