Course Details

This course brings together the full asset management curriculum over four weeks. Week 1 features in‑person classroom instruction; Weeks 2–4 continue with online learning and coaching. You’ll strengthen portfolio analysis skills, develop an asset management plan, and assess complex financing and refinancing strategies. You’ll analyze property performance across varied ownership structures, design long‑term reserve approaches, and deliver an online presentation of your asset management plan during Weeks 2–4. Completing this course and the asset management plan are the final steps for earning the Certified Housing Asset Manager designation. Prerequisite: AM321rq. **A laptop is required.**
