HO833vc NeighborWorks Reporting using CounselorMax® and the Online Reporting System

This specialized course is designed exclusively for NeighborWorks Organizations staff who handle quarterly data reporting. Through hands-on training, participants will master the use of CounselorMax and the Online Reporting System (ORS) to ensure accurate and timely data submission. You'll learn essential skills including proper data entry procedures, using audit control reports, creating and exporting required reports, and navigating ORS effectively. The course covers reporting for various project types including real estate development, rental, and commercial projects, plus data upload processes and correction procedures. Ideal for intake specialists, counselors, and reporting staff seeking comprehensive reporting expertise.
