Course Details

This course introduces the core concepts and frameworks of the NeighborWorks Achieving Excellence program. Through guided exercises, participants will tackle a self‑selected challenge, define a vision for success, and use practical tools for planning, strategy, management, and leadership. By the end of the day, they will have meaningful work plans tied to their challenge and a versatile leadership toolkit. _This course is taught in English and Spanish, with materials and translation in both languages.
